A self-paced program that takes you from the basics of sales to a practised messaging dialogue, a confident call and a resume for your first remote role.

Sales roles are often described as a way into remote work, but the job is more specific than that. An online sales manager speaks with people who are considering a course, a service or a product, helps them understand whether it fits, and guides them to a clear decision. Most of that work happens in writing and on calls, not in a shop or an office.
If you are starting from zero, the difficult part is not motivation. It is knowing what to say, in what order, and how to keep a conversation moving without pressure. Without a structure, beginners either copy aggressive templates or freeze when a customer asks a difficult question. Both make the work harder than it needs to be.
This course gives you that structure. You start with the profession itself, then move through the stages of a sale, objections, messaging, calls and CRM records. You finish by turning your practice into a resume and a job-search plan. The lessons are recorded, so you can study around work, study or family commitments and return to any topic when you need it.
The aim is not to promise a salary or a job. The aim is to give you a repeatable method, enough practice to use it, and a clear picture of how to present yourself to employers.
By the end of the program, you will have a working toolkit rather than a pile of notes.
Describe the role, the daily tasks and the skills employers expect.
Move from first contact to a clear next step without rushing.
Respond to price, timing and “I need to think” with calm, specific replies.
Ask useful questions, keep context and write replies that sound human.
Set an agenda, listen for decision signals and close with a clear action.
Create records, update stages and write notes that help the next conversation.
Turn practice work into evidence of skill, even without formal experience.
Know where to look and how to check whether a role and pay structure fit.
Draft, review and edit messages without losing your own voice.
The course is built around a simple cycle: learn a technique, see it in a realistic example, try it in a short exercise, then compare your work with a model answer. That cycle repeats across messaging, calls and CRM tasks, so the skill becomes something you can use rather than something you only recognise.
In the messaging module, for example, you break a dialogue into stages: opening, clarifying, presenting, handling doubt and agreeing on the next step. You then rewrite a weak conversation and check it against a clear checklist. On calls, you use the same logic in a spoken format, with a short preparation sheet and a closing structure.

Every module is made of recorded video lessons, usually between five and forty minutes long. The lessons are practical and focused: you see the technique, hear why it matters and then apply it in a short assignment. There is no need to attend at a fixed time, and you can repeat a lesson whenever a topic comes up in your job search.
The exercises are designed for self-study. You write replies, analyse dialogues, prepare a call outline and move a sample lead through a CRM pipeline. Model answers and checklists help you review your own work, so you can see what to improve before you use the technique with a real customer.
You get access to the full lesson library after payment. The material stays available, so you can work through the program at your own pace and return to the scripts, worksheets and checklists later. The course does not include live calls or one-to-one coaching; it is a recorded program built for independent practice.
Eight modules take you from the profession itself to a job-search plan. The final module collects three bonus lessons that support your practice.
Everything is delivered in the lesson library and can be used at your own pace.

You finish with a set of practical assets: a messaging structure you can follow, a call preparation sheet, a sample CRM workflow, a resume draft and a job-search checklist. More importantly, you have used them in exercises, so you know where you need more practice.
When you apply for a role, you can speak about sales stages, objections and CRM records in concrete terms. You can show how you would reply to a hesitant customer, how you would prepare for a call and how you would keep a record of the conversation. That gives an employer more to evaluate than a list of soft skills.
The course does not guarantee a job or a particular income. It gives you a method and a starting portfolio. Your results will depend on the time you put into practice, the roles you apply for and the way you present your experience.
Most learners can work through one module in two to three hours, including the exercises. You can spread that across several short sessions or study more intensively if you have more time.
No. The course starts from the basics and assumes no previous sales experience. You need a device with an internet connection and a place to write your exercises. A spreadsheet or notebook is enough for the CRM practice.
After payment, you receive access to the lesson library. You can start with the introduction and work through the modules in order or jump to the topic you need first.
The lessons are recorded videos, usually five to forty minutes long, supported by worksheets, scripts and checklists. There are no live sessions or scheduled classes.
The material stays available after purchase, so you can return to the lessons, scripts and worksheets whenever you need them.
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact support with your order details and we will process the request according to the refund policy.
It is a self-paced recorded program. You study on your own schedule and use the model answers to check your work.
No. It teaches a method and helps you prepare your resume and job search, but hiring decisions belong to employers. The course does not promise a job or a specific income.
Yes. The lessons are recorded and can be paused or repeated. Many learners study in short blocks around work, study or family routines.
Each practical module includes model answers and checklists. If a task is unclear, you can review the lesson and compare your work with the example before moving on.
Build a sales method you can practise, then turn it into a resume and a job-search plan.
