A structured self-study programme that turns self-knowledge into small, repeatable corrections you can apply at work and at home.

Most people can describe the version of themselves they would like to be. They can list the habits they would like to drop, the conversations they would like to handle better and the decisions they keep postponing. What they usually lack is a way to move from that description to a repeatable practice.
Advice tends to arrive as a slogan: be more confident, stop overthinking, communicate clearly. None of that tells you what to do on a Tuesday morning when the same reaction appears again. Without a map, change depends on mood and willpower, and both run out quickly.
This programme offers that map. It is built around ten reference points that help you observe how you currently operate, choose one correction at a time and test it in ordinary situations. The aim is not to become a different person. It is to become more deliberate about the person you already are.
You work through recorded lessons, short worksheets and practice assignments at your own pace. The programme is designed for adults who want a practical, structured way to adjust habits, reactions and communication patterns, whether the context is a team at work, a family at home or a decision you have been avoiding for months.
Each ability below is practised in the lessons and applied in a written assignment.
Replace vague self-criticism with observable patterns you can actually work on.
Prioritise the characteristic that will make the biggest difference right now.
Use the here-and-now check to create a pause between trigger and response.
Understand why you meant to act and why you actually did something else.
Work with doubt as information rather than as a reason to stall.
See how strengths are often built on top of a gap, and use that in conversations.
Offer feedback that names a behaviour and a next step instead of a judgement.
Review what changed, what repeated and what to adjust in the coming week.
The programme is organised around ten reference points, labelled A to J. Each one describes a different aspect of how a person operates: where you stand today, how you handle the present, what you believe about your own happiness, how much you trust your judgement, how you relate cause to effect.
You do not need to accept a doctrine to use the map. Treat each point as a lens. When a behaviour repeats, you check which lens explains it best, then apply the matching correction exercise. Over time the map becomes a habit of observation rather than a theory you have to remember.
The lessons pair every point with a short written exercise. Some ask you to describe a recent situation in plain language. Others ask you to rewrite a reaction as a choice. The writing matters: it turns an insight into something you can compare against next month.

The programme is delivered as recorded video lessons grouped into six modules. You watch a lesson, complete the worksheet that accompanies it and try the assignment in a real situation before moving on. Nothing is scheduled for you, so you can work in the morning, at lunch or late at night.
Most learners spend two to three hours a week on the material, which means the full programme takes around six weeks at a comfortable pace. You can move faster through the early modules and slower through the ones that touch on patterns you recognise in yourself. The lessons stay in your account, so a second pass later is entirely normal.
There are no live sessions, no group calls and no individual consultations in this product. The teaching happens through the lessons, the worksheets and the structured assignments. If you want a method you can run on your own, that limitation is the point: everything you need is written down and repeatable.
Six modules, twenty-four lessons. Each module ends with a short written review.
Everything is delivered digitally and stays in your account.
Short, focused lessons you can pause, repeat or watch again later.
Written exercises that turn each reference point into something concrete.
A single reference sheet you can return to when a pattern repeats.
A short structure for checking what changed and what did not.
Small tasks to run in real conversations and real decisions.
A final written review that connects the modules into one routine.
No expiry date on the lessons and worksheets you have purchased.

By the end you will have a written record of your own patterns and a set of corrections you have already tested. That record is more useful than a general impression of having learned something, because it shows which changes held and which ones slipped back.
In practice, learners finish with a short weekly routine: one situation reviewed, one correction chosen, one assignment carried into the next week. It takes twenty minutes and replaces the vague intention to be better with a specific, checkable action.
The larger change is in how you read other people. Once you can see compensation, intention and cause in your own behaviour, the same lenses work in conversations at work and at home. You become slower to judge and faster to name the next step, which is usually what the other person needed in the first place.
Most learners spend two to three hours a week: roughly an hour of video and the rest on the worksheet and the practice assignment. At that pace the six modules take about six weeks, but nothing is scheduled and you can spread them over a longer period.
No. The programme starts from ordinary situations and everyday language. If you have already read about personality models or assessment tools, the material will still be new because the focus is on correction methods and written practice rather than on theory.
Access is created automatically once the payment is confirmed. You receive an email with a link to the course area, where all six modules, the workbooks and the reference sheet are waiting. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check the spam folder before contacting support.
The lessons are recorded videos with accompanying written worksheets. Each module ends with a short written review that you complete yourself. There are no live sessions, no group calls and no individual consultations included in this product.
The lessons and worksheets remain in your account after purchase, with no expiry date. You can return to a module months later, repeat the exercises and compare your answers with the ones you wrote the first time.
Yes. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, and the full amount is returned to the original payment method. Writing to support with your order number is enough; you do not need to justify the decision.
No. It is an educational self-study programme about behaviour, communication and decision-making. It does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care if you are dealing with a health issue.
The programme asks you to write a baseline in the first module and to review it in the last. You compare specific situations rather than general feelings, so you can see whether a reaction changed, stayed the same or moved to a different form.
Twenty-four lessons, six workbooks and a method you can keep using long after the last module.
