A six-week self-paced programme for public-sector teams to build clear goals, communication rules, process maps and management metrics.

In many public-sector organisations, results depend on a handful of people who know where everything is, who to call and how to unblock a task. Everyone else is included formally but not really involved. The system works because those people keep carrying it.
This heroic model has a cost. Key questions keep landing on the same desks, employees burn out, and management becomes an endless round of firefighting. A holiday or sick leave can paralyse a whole unit, and priorities disappear under a stream of urgent requests.
This course teaches a different way to run the work. Over six weeks, you will use a five-element method to make goals, communications, processes, qualifications and management metrics visible and repeatable. The aim is not to remove effort or responsibility; it is to stop the organisation from depending on permanent overperformance.
By the end of the programme you will have a practical set of artefacts and a clearer way to discuss management with your team.
Identify where decisions, expertise and overload concentrate in your unit.
Define boundaries and a working group for a realistic first implementation.
Turn a stream of instructions into a clear set of primary and secondary objectives.
Set communication rules, escalation paths and decision rights for everyday work.
See how work crosses departments and where handoffs create gaps or manual control.
Connect process steps to role requirements and a clearer organisational structure.
Select a small set of indicators that show whether the system is becoming more manageable.
Turn the pilot findings into a concrete plan for other units.
The programme works through five connected elements. Each one produces a practical artefact you can use in the pilot area, not just a theory to discuss.
You start with goals and priorities, then agree on communication rules, map cross-department processes, connect roles to qualification requirements, and finish with a management model that shows what to monitor.
The sequence matters: each artefact becomes an input for the next, so the final management system is built from decisions your team has already made.

The course is self-paced and built around a six-week implementation rhythm. Each week introduces one part of the method, explains the artefact you need to produce, and gives you a template or checklist to complete with your own organisational material.
Lessons are recorded video sessions with written guides. You can work alone or use the team assignments with a small working group inside your organisation. The course does not require live attendance; you move through the material when your schedule allows.
The final module brings the artefacts together into a management model and a scaling proposal. You finish with a documented pilot design that can be reviewed internally and repeated in other units.
Six modules follow the implementation sequence from diagnosis to scaling.
Every part of the programme is designed to be reused after the course ends.
A step-by-step walkthrough of the five-element method and the six-week rollout.
Goals map, interaction declaration, process map, qualification structure and metrics model.
Questions to find overload zones, gaps and single points of failure.
Exercises designed for a small working group working on a real pilot area.
Slides, worksheets and examples you can reuse in other departments.
A structure for turning pilot findings into an internal rollout plan.
Return to the lessons and templates whenever you need them.

After six weeks, you will have a documented pilot area with agreed goals, communication rules, process maps, role requirements and a small set of management metrics. The material is designed so that the artefacts can be reviewed by leadership and used as a model for other units.
You will also have a working group that understands the logic of the method and can repeat it. Instead of relying on external consultants, the organisation keeps the templates, checklists and decision records in-house.
The result is not a promise that every problem disappears. It is a clearer management routine: fewer avoidable escalations, more visible handoffs, and a way to see where the system still depends on individual heroics.
Plan for three to five hours per week: short video lessons, reading and one practical assignment on your pilot area. Teams that run the exercises together may need an additional meeting.
No formal qualification is required. The course is aimed at managers and internal change teams who already deal with planning, coordination or process improvement. Basic familiarity with your organisation's structure is enough.
After checkout you receive access to the course area. All modules, templates and checklists are available there, and you can work through them at your own pace.
You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund. If the course is not right for you, contact support within that period and we will process the refund according to the store policy.
Lessons are recorded video sessions with written guides, worksheets and templates. There are no live sessions or scheduled classes; the course is designed for self-study.
Yes. You keep access to the lessons and downloadable templates after you finish, so you can return to them when you run the method in another unit.
Yes. The assignments are built around a small working group and a real pilot area. You can complete them individually, but the course works best when two to five colleagues compare their findings.
Neither. It is a self-paced digital course that teaches the method and gives you templates. You apply them inside your organisation; the course does not include live consulting or process-mining software.
The examples and language are aimed at public-sector organisations, but the five-element method applies to any large organisation with cross-department processes. If you work in a different sector, you can still use the templates with your own context.
Work through the six modules at your own pace and leave with a documented pilot design for your organisation.
