Psychology · All levels
A six-week self-paced programme that combines psychology, body work and family-systems practice to change the patterns you keep repeating.

You have read the books. You can name your attachment style, you know what a boundary is, and you can explain to a friend exactly why she keeps choosing the same kind of man. And yet the same scene plays out again: the same argument, the same silence, the same exhaustion at the end of the day.
Knowing is not the same as living differently. Most women arrive at this programme with a full shelf of theory and one stubborn fact: nothing in their daily life has moved. The gap is not information. It is the moment of the trigger, where the old reaction runs before you have a chance to choose.
This programme was built for that gap. Over six weeks it works on three levels at once — the mind that understands, the body that remembers, and the family system that handed you the script. Each week adds one layer of practice, so change happens in behaviour rather than in insight alone.
The goal is modest and concrete: to stop systematically enduring, carrying and proving, and to start living the way you always intended — with yourself, with a partner, with your children, with your work and with your body.
Each ability below is practised inside the programme, not just explained.
Formulate a five-year intention in your own words, in meaning rather than in metrics.
Use specific techniques in the instant the old reaction starts, before it carries you away.
Work through an inventory of old hurts and a body-based release ritual instead of managing the anger forever.
Build a three-generation genogram and see your own story as a system rather than a personal failure.
Identify your base orientation and the attachment style behind the men you keep falling for.
Follow a structure for the talks that used to end in shouting or in weeks of silence.
Find words for the subject most families avoid for decades, without turning it into a confrontation.
Leave with a written map for the three months after the programme, so the old routine does not pull you back.
The programme is fully self-paced. You receive six core modules and one bonus module, each built from recorded video lessons, short written guides and practice assignments. A new module is designed to be worked through in about a week, at roughly two to three hours of study and practice.
Every module pairs explanation with something you do. You fill in worksheets, run body-based practices, write, draw your family map, and prepare real conversations. The exercises are the course: reading them without doing them will not move anything.
Alongside the lessons you get access to seven recorded question-and-answer sessions. They are recordings, so you can watch them whenever a topic becomes relevant for you, and you can return to them as often as you like during your access period.
You also receive eight weeks of access to an AI study companion built on the programme's method — useful when you want to think a situation through between modules and have no one to ask at that moment.

Six core modules, one bonus module, and a set of practices that build on each other week by week.

Recorded video lessons with written guides, released so you can work through them week by week.
The genogram template, the resentment inventory, the conversation structure and the 90-day map.
Body-based release work, the acceptance meditation and short daily practices.
Answers to the questions women ask most often while working through the modules.
A thinking partner built on the programme's method, for the moments between modules.
Enough time to go through the programme once and return to the practices that matter most.
Work through the first modules and decide whether the approach suits you.
Most approaches pick one door. Talk-based work addresses the mind, body practices address the nervous system, and family-systems work addresses the script you inherited. Each helps on its own; together they reach the place where behaviour is actually decided.
The programme is called polymodal because it deliberately combines these doors into one sequence. A module might start with an explanation, move into a written exercise, then into a body practice, and finish with a small real-world action. The same request is approached from several directions in the same week.
That is also why the course asks for honesty rather than positivity. You are not asked to become a more conscious version of yourself, or to forgive your parents on schedule. You are asked to look at what is actually there, and then to do one thing differently.
The sequence matters. Honesty comes before release, release comes before family patterns, and family patterns come before the relationship modules — because a conversation with a man is much harder while you are still carrying three generations of unfinished business.
Six weeks later you are not a different person. You are a person with a written map: your own five-year intention, an inventory of what you have released, a genogram of your family line, and a clear picture of the relationship pattern you keep repeating.
In practice that looks like catching yourself mid-trigger and choosing a different sentence. It looks like a conversation you have been postponing for years finally happening, badly at first and then better. It looks like noticing when you are about to take on everyone's load again.
You also leave with a 90-day plan. The weeks after a programme are where most changes quietly dissolve, so the final module builds the routine that keeps the practices alive when the lessons are no longer new.
Some women finish and change one conversation. Some change a marriage, a job, or the way they speak to their daughter. The programme does not decide that for you; it gives you the honesty and the tools to decide it yourself.
Plan for roughly two to three hours per week: one module of recorded lessons plus the worksheet and practice that go with it. The bonus module can be worked through at your own speed, and the practices take a few minutes a day.
No. The programme assumes no previous study, and every concept is explained in plain language before you are asked to use it. If you have already read a lot on the subject, the value is in the sequence of practices rather than in new terminology.
You receive access to the course area with all modules, worksheets and the recorded Q&A sessions, plus the details for the AI study companion. Access starts immediately and runs for six months.
No. This is the self-paced version: recorded lessons, recorded Q&A sessions and written materials. There are no live broadcasts, no group chats and no individual consultations included, so you work at your own rhythm.
Recorded video lessons with accompanying written guides, checklists and templates. Practices include guided audio for the meditation and body-based exercises, and every module ends with an assignment you complete in writing or in a real situation.
You have access to all course materials for six months from the date of purchase. During that time you can rewatch lessons and repeat practices as often as you need, and download the templates for your own use.
You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund. If the programme is not what you expected, contact support within that period and the payment is returned in full.
Yes. The relationship and closeness modules work on the patterns you bring to any future relationship, and the bonus module has a dedicated lesson on meeting someone after thirty and recognising the wrong match early.
No. All exercises are private and for your own use. Nothing you write is submitted, reviewed or read by anyone else, which is also why the self-paced version suits women who are not ready to discuss their family history out loud.
Six weeks, seven modules and a written map for the ninety days that follow — at your own pace, on your own schedule.
